Pricing: Our pricing structure is quite simple. You only pay for the number of sterilization bags you use. If your devices fit into one or two sterilization bags, then you are only charged the first tier rate $300. The first price break comes at the third, forth and fifth bags, which are reduced to $100 per bag. The second price break comes at the sixth bag--these are further reduced to $80 per bag (see pricing diagram below).

A single sterilization bag is approximately 35 liters, or 1.24 cubic feet, and each sterilizer can hold ten sterilization bags and our larger chamber can hold up to twenty. A call to our specialists will enable us to estimate the projected number of bags for your project. For customers requiring larger lot sizes (several pallets), we have a chamber system with a different pricing structure. Please call us for a quotation.

Quality Control Provided: Each sterilization run is performed under protocol using qualified equipment and sterilization consumables. Documentation for each process run (each bag) includes, but is not limited to, minimum loading relative humidity monitoring, sterilization / preconditioning (if required) and incubation time and temperature monitoring, process Ethylene Oxide used, process moisture used, lot numbers for all sterilization consumables, immediate Dosimeter (gas dose) interpretation, biological indicator results (at 48-hours) and a final release certificate.
