Manufacturing:

We offer contract manufacturing and packaging services through our parent company, Andersen Products, Inc--located adjacent to Andersen Scientific, Inc., within Health Science Park, North Carolina. The manufacturing facility is comprised of three environmentally controlled rooms and is monitored weekly for viable and non-viable contaminants.

Packaging:

Our constant heat sealers can be validated to seal the package of your choice. Our validations typically employ a combination of burst analysis and dye penetration testing to establish the most appropriate seal. Sealer validations can be completed in less than two weeks.
